Sheila's Story
Sheila is the Owner of Cookie Expressions. If you know Sheila, then you know that cooking is her love language and that she is incredibly passionate about her business and expressing herself through the art of baking. Sheila grew up with five siblings and at the age of 11, she was already happily cooking for her entire family! Sheila also thoroughly enjoyed being a Texas 4-H member.
Sheila and her husband moved to San Antonio in 1992 to open a cookie franchise and in June 2019, after 27 years in the cookie industry, they decided to pursue an idea which resulted in the official launch of Cookie Expressions.
Sheila has spent many years in this industry perfecting her craft of baking scrumptious, hand-decorated sugar cookies. Sheila skillfully creates custom themes and logos, as well as gourmet cookies in chocolate chip, white chocolate and peanut butter.
