Sheila's Story
Sheila is the Owner of Cookie Expressions... cooking is her love language and she is passionate about her business and expressing herself through the art of baking.
Sheila grew up with five siblings and at the age of 11, she was already happily cooking for her entire family! She also enjoyed participating and competing in her local 4-H club cooking classes.
Sheila and her husband moved to San Antonio in 1992 to open a cookie franchise that they operated until 2013. However, after 6 years after closing the franchise, her love of all things cookie pulled her back in and Cookie Expressions was launched!
Sheila has spent many years in this industry perfecting her craft of making scrumptious, hand-decorated sugar cookies. She skillfully creates custom themes and logos for all occasions for her clients.
